This iteration of Twisted Tongues was designed to play on 14 interactive kiosks spread across Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. The kiosks display advertisements and list popular events. Slave auctions share these themes of commercialism and local happenings. Many auctions happened where the kiosks currently stand. This video was set to rotate with other ads before Election Day. But a few days before it was supposed to go live, the partnering company decided against airing it.
